Nexstar’s Business Planning Workshop and Marketing Planning Workshop bring both sides of that growth into focus. Members define what they want their companies to become, then build clear, actionable plans to get there.

The paths these businesses take don’t just impact their own success. They help set the pace for the entire industry, shaping what’s possible for home services companies and raising expectations across the board.

This year, members will dig into familiar challenges facing our trades, along with new and evolving pressures, including increased competition from Wall Street investment groups, rapid advances in technology, the ongoing challenge of finding and attracting skilled tradespeople, and the ever-changing world of consumer research, including pricing insights, and more.
